Moe Hutt is a Principal Consultant at Meritage Talent Solutions. Moe started her career at SAIC as a recruiting assistant and worked her way up to designing and implementing programs focused on intern hires, contingent workforce, and recruiter training. Kai is the Lead Human Resources Specialist responsible for overseeing the SEC’s recruitment and special hiring programs. She has 15 years of federal experience working in various positions throughout her career with more than half of that time spent developing and streamlining student internship programs. Prior to coming to the SEC in 2014, she spent 7 years with the Secret Service as their Student Programs Manager and played an integral role in establishing the DHS Pathways Program. She is often called upon by current and former colleagues to lend her expertise to challenges related to student hiring. Kai is a native Marylander that loves the visual arts and all things creative.
