Moe Hutt, Principal Consultant, Meritage Talent Solutions

Moe Hutt is a Principal Consultant at Meritage Talent Solutions.  Moe started her career at SAIC as a recruiting assistant and worked her way up to designing and implementing programs focused on intern hires, contingent workforce, and recruiter training. She has also built building talent acquisition strategies, marketing programs, and employee referral programs.  After a successful career in government contracting, she joined Meritage Talent Solutions where she helps talent acquisition teams solve complex problems.  She's done it all, from drafting recruiter service-level agreements to managing the launch of a new employer brand. Susan Strayer LaMotte, SPHR is the founder of exaqueo, an employer brand and workforce consultancy.  In the past almost 20 years, she has worked worked in house and consulted with brands including GEICO, The Ritz-Carlton, Aetna and Carnival Cruise Lines. She has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and the New York Times and written for publications such as Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and TIME. After serving 20-years as an Army Officer and then as an Account Director at an advertising firm, Andrew now serves as the Director of Social Engagement at the Society for Human Resource Management, a global HR professional organization with over 275,000 members. Kai Petty, Lead Human Resources Specialist at U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

Kai is the Lead Human Resources Specialist responsible for overseeing the SEC’s recruitment and special hiring programs.  She has 15 years of federal experience working in various positions throughout her career with more than half of that time spent developing and streamlining student internship programs.  Prior to coming to the SEC in 2014, she spent 7 years with the Secret Service as their Student Programs Manager and played an integral role in establishing the DHS Pathways Program.  She is often called upon by current and former colleagues to lend her expertise to challenges related to student hiring.  Kai is a native Marylander that loves the visual arts and all things creative.  


Pete Radloff,  Principal Technical Recruiter, comScore, Inc.

Pete Radloff has 15 years of recruiting experience in both agency and corporate environments, and is the Principal Technical Recruiter at comScore, as well as a Lead Consultant for exaqueo. He has also worked with brands like, National Public Radio (NPR) and LivingSocial. Pete’s experience stretches across several areas of talent acquisition, including recruitment and sourcing, social media, employment branding, recruitment operations and the training and mentoring of recruiters. Steven Rothberg is the Founder of College Recruiter. Steven's entrepreneurial spirit was evident from an early age. Disciplined in fifth grade for selling candy during math class and in college for running a massive fantasy hockey league, Steven managed to channel his passions into something more productive after graduate school. A fully recovered lawyer, Steven founded the business that morphed into College Recruiter and now, as its visionary, helps to create and refine the company's strategy and leads its business development efforts.



Kamille Smith, Program Analyst , U.S. Office of Personnel Management

Ms. Kamille Smith is a Program Analyst with around 10 years of experience in the Federal Government. She currently serves as a Program Analyst with the Recruitment Policy and Outreach, Pathways Programs for Students and Recent Graduates, at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. She provides training, technical guidance and support to the agencies’ Pathways Programs Officers and job seekers. She also played a vital role in OPM’s work on the Pathways Programs agency-wide Toolkit and Handbook for supervisors and managers. Kamille has a BS in Business Management from Hampton University and a MPA in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.


Jessica Steinberg, Director, Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand, CDK Global

Jessica builds programs to amplify the awesome for CDK Global. Recently, she helped with the spin-off of CDK from ADP into a stand-alone publically traded company, getting the opportunity to build and shape the employment brand, EVP and digital footprint from the ground up with little lead time.
